We want you to love your purchase! If for some reason your items do not work out, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. We will offer store credit or a refund to the original form of payment for goods that are unused and in original condition. If the item appears used, Sanctuaire has the right to refuse a return or exchange. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured to ensure a safe arrival back to our warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns or exchanges for apothecary or bath items.
Please email hello@sanctuaireshoppe.com to initiate an online return. Note that items purchased online cannot be returned at any brick and mortar or pop up locations.
Please allow 3-5 business days for items to be packed and sent from our warehouse after the order has been received, plus shipping times selected at checkout. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout and will depend on the weight and distance from our Los Angeles headquarters. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Sanctuaire is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed items. Please contact us within 48 hours if your goods arrive damaged and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please photograph both the original packaging and the damaged item as it greatly helps us when submitting a claim to the carrier.
